Book-6: Stories from Shakespeare

I have read Shakespeare’s story before. for example, Hamlet, Romeo and Juliet. I like his story, because there are many nice parts in his story. For example, one of them is euphemism. It makes common word beautiful expression. So, I like his story.This time, I read this book has 4 stories: The Merchant of Venice, A Midsummer Night’s Dream, Hamlet, Julius Caesar. I read 3 stories for the first time.


First, I read The Merchant of Venice. I thought this story is like a Japanese old story: Ikkyusan. Because there is a wit. In this scene, I felt very good. I could clear the head.
Next, I read A Midsummer Night’s Dream. This is very complicated story. However, I enjoyed reading this comedy. Fairy’s joke and the magic juice “Lazy Love” are nice spice in this story. I thought “Lazy Love” is very funny name. This story became my favorite one.
Finally, I read Julius Caesar. I have known a famous word “Et tu Brute!”. However, I knew only this word, and didn’t know about story. After reading this, I thought this is very historical, and I felt pity for Brutus. He was very honest and nice man.


Shakespeare is great man. I think every time after reading his story. I‘ll try to read his story more.
